Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on keys cut to code, unless an error was made on our part. However, if an incorrect code was provided, we will do everything we reasonably can to assist you.

Return postage costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

We offer a national fitting service via a network of Lockfit locksmiths. If you require fitting our team will put you in contact with your local Lockfit locksmith. Each Locksmith charges between £65 - £95 per visit but they will discuss this with you directly.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Key alike and custom built orders can take an additional 2-3 days subject to workshop time.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. We ship all order for keys free of charge.
