This Yale 5 Lever mortice sashlock is designed for internal and external wooden hinged doors, offering medium security. It features a 14mm deadbolt with hardened steel rollers for enhanced resistance against sawing. The lock can be operated from both sides using a key, while the latch is controlled by the handle. Compatible with doors up to 54mm thick, it’s reversible for use on left- or right-opening doors. Supplied with two nickel-plated steel keys and a matching security striking box, this lock does not meet BS3621 standards on its own and is unsuitable for fire doors.
