The Union 3K70 mortice sash lock, originally produced by Chubb and now branded Union, is a robust 5-lever sash lock designed for secure door fastening. Its distinctive upright form and detainer mechanism offer enhanced security, although it does not comply with British Standard BS3621:2007. Featuring a silver lock case and unique dimensions, this lock is ideal for replacing older Chubb models with matching specifications.
