Before purchasing keys, please ensure that you have selected the correct key type, and entered the keycode correctly if applicable.

For security reasons, we recommend that orders containing keys be delivered to a different address than where the lock is fitted, such as a work address or a trusted person. We also recommend choosing tracked delivery at checkout.

About Keycodes

Your keycode is a unique code for your lock and keys. It can be decoded by licensed key centres, like us, and used to cut new keys which work just like the originals. Keycodes are typically found engraved or printed on the original key itself, or printed on a card provided with the original lock and keys.

Using the keycode ensures that the new keys will be identical to the original keys, and offers the convenience of ordering your keys online for delivery by post.
